Shooting Stars of Ibadan sacks 17 players from Club following poor performance.

Shooting Star of Ibadan has released 17 players from the club following a record of poor performance after 18 months of appraisal. The club says players affected had not meet to expected performance level, as such they were axed.

Shooting currently occupies the 13th position with 20 points acquired in the NPFL log table after game 17. They after not won in of their last 5 games losing two and drawing three.

According to reports, 4 of the players involved have been in the club for over two seasons and the rest of 13 were newly recruited this season.

There’s no information about the player’s pay as at when Sportjuice9ja gathered this news. And hopefully LMC will react to the unfortunate development by the club.

Shooting next game in the NPFL will be against Kano pillars at Lekan Salami Stadium Stadium in Ibadan at exactly 7 pm on 13th match 2022.
