Yet another fascinating and amazing season in the English Premier League, which witnessed two horses race and one had to bow on the last day. Manchester City and Liverpool lock horns in the last game today in what seems to be the most challenging season ever observed.

Liverpool went closer to winning the league with a home victory over stubborn wolves, meanwhile at the Etihad Manchester City turned around a two-goal deficit suffered from the first half against Aston Villa.

Etihad Stadium and Anfield stadium were the two most important places any individual can be today. Both stadiums were lit up with memorable moments of action.

Liverpool had a tough game against the Wolves but triumphed at full time with a 3-1 victory. Sadio Mane, Andre Robertson and Salah revived Liverpool’s title hope, all scoring in the encounter.

In the other Stadium, Philipe and Cash’s goals runs Manchester City into an incoherent approach. But luckily, they began to resuscitate during the second half with three goals scored. The game ended in favour of the City by 3-2.

They defended the title with just one point above Liverpool after game 38.

Mohamed Salah and Heung Min son ended the season as top scorers with 23 goals each. Allison Becker and his Brazilian counterpart Ederson clinched the golden gloves with 21 clean sheets each.
