Enyimba 1-1 Plateau United.
A spirited Plateau United suffocated “The People of Elephant” at Aba until they ground a 1-1 result after full time. Ilechukwu Fidelis ‘ praises were sung among the fans of Enyimba, wishing he succeeded Finidi George immediately.
Austin Opara levels Victor Mboama’s goal at the 77th minute of the tie. Plateau United is now 10 games without a defeat in the NPFL. Second on the log with just a point behind Rivers. While Enyimba dropped to 9th spot.
Niger Tornadoes 1-0 Remo Star.
Tornadoes picked the first win of their last five games thanks to the spot-kick conversion by Abdullahi Wakili just four minutes into the encounter.
The NNL Champions move to 16 spots on the log, while Remo drops away from the CAF qualification spot to 5th place.

Katsina United 1-0 Wikki Tourist.
Yakubu Habibu’s only goal just 17 minutes into the game was enough to ensure all three points for the home team at the
Muhammadu Dikko Stadium, Katsina. Murtala Dago red card pulverized the chances of Wikki getting an equalizer.
Katsina moved off the relegation area to 16 places while Wikki dropped to 8 places.
Kwara United 2-1 Heartland.
Heartland, who before this game only had lost one game in their previous six, were dissolved at Kwara. Ayodeji Bamidele and Dambani Alao’s goals blazed Kwara over Heartland. Nwaodu’s 80th-minute strike was insufficient to rescue Heartland.
Kwara United have now attained the same point as Rangers, who sit in the 3rd position. Heartland of Owerri remains at danger.
Lobi Stars 1-2 Abia Warriors.
Valentine Udoh’s brace lifted the visitors ahead of the host. Lobi Stars were stunned by Warriors at home soil to a 1-2 scoreline.
The defeat has dumped Lobi to the danger zone, while Warriors stay at 13th place.
Nasarawa United 1-1 MFM.
Aliyu Abdullahi’s last-minute goal before the break negated MFM’s chance to pick an away win after Ekuocha Chukwudi scored 2 minutes into the game for MFM.
MFM, despite securing a point at Lafia, remains at the bottom of the log. Nasarawa won 12 positions with 22 points.
Sunshine 2-1 Dakadda.
It is not a good week for both Uyo based clubs, Dakadda and Akwa United, as both recorded a defeat in this round. Emmanuel Charles’s goal for Dakadda was neutralized at the 13th minute by Babatunde Martins and at 76th minute Ikenne Cooper made it 2 for the home side. Dakadda is the closest neighbor to MFM, while Sunshine rockets to 7th place.
Shooting 1-0 Kano Pillars
The only game that featured beyond 4 pm is this tie. Shooting hosted Kano pillars at Lekan Salami Stadium Ibadan. Midfielder Uche Ezeala strikes for Shooting just 13 minutes into the game.
