Al Hilal celebrate their 18th Saudi Arabian league trophy after defeating Al Faisaly at home by 2-1 victory. They became champions with two points lead over close rival Al lttihad.
Odion Ighalo, 32, is still exhibiting his goal-scoring prowess in the Saudi Arabia Pro League. The Nigerian striker who moved to Al Hilal from counterpart club Al Shabab after completing a season loan at Manchester United netted 23 goals with the Saudi Arabian outfit.
In All competitions, this season, Odion Igalo scored 30 goals and assisted 4 times for Al-Hilal in his 41 appearances for the Saudi Arabia outfit.
Ighalo lamented how he waited for 17 years before winning his first major trophy.
“I waited 17 years before winning my first league title. It doesn’t matter how long it takes. If you keep working hard and never give up, you will get it right one day.”
