The top4 race goes to the wire following Chelsea’s fall to relegation-threatened Everton at the Goodison Park. Meanwhile, Arsenal took advantage of Chelsea’s vulnerability to close the gap to four points on the log.

Chelsea lost to relegation Everton during their encounter, a minute into the first half Richarlison leveraged Caesar Azpilicueta’s back pass error to score for Everton. Chelsea controlled the game and mounted pressure to level the game. Unfortunately for the Blues, Everton was spirited and held to 1-0 at full time.

Westham who has now lost two games in a row pulverized their chances of making the top4 after Mikel Arteta’s boys won against the Hammers. Gabriel and Holdings Arsenal, both center-backs, scored both goals for the Gunners and Jerrod Bowen hit Westham’s only goal. The game ended 1-2 in favor of Arsenal.

Arsenal has now moved to 4th place on the log with 63 points behind Chelsea who are on 66 points.

Wesham drops behind Manchester United with 52 points after 35 games.

Everton with a game at hand moved to 18th place and could drop Burnley should they win their outstanding.
