South Africa and Africa’s most decorated manager Pitso Mosimane has been unveiled by a second-tier Saudi Arabia club Al Ahli. The South African joined the club after resigning from his position as Al Ahly’s head coach. According to Al Ahli, the 54 years old agreed on two years contract with the club.
Al-Ahli were relegated from the Saudi Pro League last season for the first time it sir history and the management feels Pitso is the right man to take the club back to where they belong.
The 58-year-old coach is reportedly
set to earn a mouth-watering N72 million naira per month which is a substantial rise from the N60 million he was taking home during his stint with Egyptian champions Al Ahly.
Pitso Mosimame is now comfortable the second highest paid African coach behind fellow countryman Benni Mccarthy who pockets about N77 million per month as a coaching staff at PremierLeaguee side Manchester United.
