Atlanta and Nigerian forward Ademola Lookman said he has no regret in choosing to represent Nigeria in an international over England, during an interview with an Italian news platform, L’Eco di Bergamo.
The 25-year-old forward was born in London to Nigerian parents. He switches national allegiance in favour of Nigerian following his approval to represent Nigeria in February 2022
Ademola made his debut with the Super Eagles during the 2022 Africa Nations of Nations in Cameroon. He has been capped 6 times but has yet to register a goal.

Yesterday he was voted the AIC – Associazione Italiana Calciatori MVP for January!
The Atlanta Talisman scored 7 goals in January, which was the most by any player in all competitions.
Only Super team Victor Osimhen (16) has scored more league goals than him (12).
